TITLE: Possible to *not* encode punctuation?

PROBLEM:

Would it be possible to put a preference in Sogudi to give it the option of *not* encoding plus equal, ampersand, etc. with ASCII numbering? I've been using Sogudi to send addresses to a proxy server and everything was great until Sogudi 0.4.6. I know, the proxy server should be able to understand the encoding, but it can't.
