Wine Log

It is generally recommended to keep a log of one's attempts at making wine, for future reference and learning from one's mistakes. It occured to me that other's might find this useful, also.

A happy medium between the above two links. I haven't read her book yet, but it's only a matter of time.

The Better-Bottle Company
One of the few (only?) systems designed for winemaking. I haven't used it yet, but my order should arrive soon and I'll keep you posted (WineMakingBetterBottle). Because of the controversy over winemaking equipment, I'm seriously thinking of conducting an experiment of running the same batch of wine through several modern options and comparing the end results.
